I wouldn't have a clue. He is not an AFL umpire, you should post this in the NRL section, people might know is name there.

Well I don't know but he looks like a rugby or soccer ref. so why would you ask this question in here, isn't this all about AFL ?  He sure doesn't look AFL umpire to me.  Sorry, can't help.
