AFLAC INSURANCE AGENT - Earnings (Sales)?

Question

Does anyone know what I should expect before my interview tomorrow with Aflac insurance. I am applying for a sales position and I wanted to know anyone's experiences with the company.

Salary good? Hours? People? Potential? Concerns?

Please get back to me as soon as possible I have the interview tomorrow morning.

AFLAC, to the best of my knowledge, offers no salary.  It is a commission position, and the company is GREAT.  However, you will likely be stepping over other agents in your area, and be the 30th person a human resources person has received an AFLAC business card from.

Don't ask what their top person earns, ask HOW MANY PEOPLE do they hire (and retain) annually, and what is the AVERAGE INCOME of a rep, AND the average length of time with the company.

Working for a company that has it's own qualified leads, I appreciate how much easier insurance can be when not bumping heads with 20 other reps on my team.
