AFS Program?

Is it a good program?

This program is the safest of them all, I would have to say. I highly recommend it. If you have any specific questions about it you can email me, I'm very invovled with AFS.

It's extremely structured.  A little too structured for my taste, but I'd already done a lot of study abroad by then and wanted more to be on my own.

However, if you want a structured program, they definitely know what they're doing and are a legitimate organization, and besides have a lot of programs so you can pick exactly what you want.

It definitely raised my global awareness to a new level, and is still a source of motivation to me and still has weight when I make career decisions.
