The Congestion charge is only in England, not the UK,

The UK is England, Scotland, Wales & Northern Ireland

The UK is not United has England always comes out a lot worse, than the rest of the UK.

Definitely agree - the more we can discourage people from using cars the better.  Not only will it improve congestion but it will force public transport providers to improve their services and make us less reliant on oil producers and their stranglehold over the country.  It also means we can travel round the cities more quickly and with less hassle, and the taxes raised are ploughed back into the infrastructure.  It is absolutely critical that there's an effective public transport service though.
