AH!! I AM SCARED AGAIN!!!?

Oh my god now there is a flash flood watch in affect for fairfax county. I am not in a flood zone though! What does it mean? HELP!! This is because of Tropical Storm Hannah and im scared

Relax, you'll be fine.  99.9% of flash flood warnings result in no injuries or serious property damage.  The National Weather Service is just overly cautious to cover their own butt.  It's much better to predict weather will be more severe than it really turns out to be than to predict weather will be less severe than it really turns out to be.
