AH!!!! my sail boat?!?!?

ok listen up i have this hot pink sale boat!!! ok and it sank the other day because these jerk... they sank it...!!! i need your help i am severly scared the police might come to my house and like arrest me because the boat might have been to bright for the fishies under the water... there has been some sighting of dead fish around the area... should i be afraid?

You should only be afraid if you see guys in white coats coming to your door.

i don't think the fish will care about the color of your boat, but the DNR will want it out of there for sure.  They won't arrest you, but you might get fined if it's leaking oil or if it's a hazard to navigation or something like that.  My best advice is to find some help and get it out of there as soon as possible.  If you can't get it out on your own, it might be in your best interest to go ahead and report it to the authorities so they can help too.

I don't think you have anything to worry about with regard to the fish.  However, leaking oil or causing a hazard to  navigation are other issues.

As they say in the navy. "Now hear this".  Anyone with a hot pink sale boat (Does that mean it's for sale), should leave it for a fish and wildlife habitat.  I don't remember hearing about any laws involving bright boats leading to dead fish.  I ran a red light yesterday and I'm not the least bit worried that the police will be out to get me soon.
