AHH ANT INVASION?what do I do?

I was going to refrigerator to get some ice and I looked under the ice tray because I saw all these ants going in and out and there was a mound of eggs!it was horribly disgusting and then I looked down and there were hundreds and hundreds of ants going back and forth carrying eggs so I freaked out and sprayed about half a can of raid and now my dad is sick =(

they're coming from this woden border what should I do????

I just finished off a month long battle with ants in my kitchen.  I sprayed they heck out of them but they always regrouped by the next day.  I tried the ant baits - don't waste your time; they avoided them like the plague.   A few days back I got some Combat brand Ant Killing Gel; got it at Home Depot.  It was a miracle.  As soon as I put it out they ran right to it.  Don't make the mistake I made.. I covered up their trail with it so they had no idea how to get back to the nest.  The idea is that they eat some and take it back to the nest and feed it to the rest of the group, thus killing others in the nest.  Put it in the places you see them, but don't cover their trail.  I noticed it dries up in a few days you, might need to keep applying it until they are gone for good.   good luck.
