AHHHH! PLEASE HELD... do i have a cold sore?!?!?

I made out with this guy like two weeks ago... after a week and a half a tiny bump appeared above my lip. It's not tender and it isn't very noticable except to me. It has a tiny little scab in the middle. It's almost microscopic. It is a greenish thing surrounded by a ring of red... it hasn't gotten worse or better and its already been a week. Is it a cold sore? If not or if so how should I treat it?!

It does not sound like a cold sore.  It may be a canker sore, but a cold sore erupts, oozes, scabs over, and continues to ooze and scab over again and can be quite painful.  What you describe does not sound like a cold sore.

You was with this guy? Well what did you do kiss him or give him oral because it can be a normal coldsore or it can be herpes if he had a sore on his lip and you kissed him it can be herpes and if you gave him oral and he had herpes sores on his p***s it is herpes I don't know how exactly you were "with him" and what you did but yeah go to the hospital and have it checked out if its a regular coldsore get some abreva if its herpes you need to go to the hospital and get treatment right away if you go to the doctor and its herpes get some valtrex and some zovirax its a cream that will take the sores away

Does it hurt? If yes than its a cold sore, some cold sores can be tiny and painful, and they last around 10-20 days.

Just get some abreva, and be careful not to touch other bodily parts because you can infect other areas as well.
