AHHHHH-fruit fly invasion!!!!!!!!!?

please help. i need help with these fruit flies. they came out of nowhere-seriously. and i alread tried EVERYTHING, including that soda bottle trap thingy. nothing seems to work!! any ideas???

there's like a million of them... GROSSSSSS, BLEHHHHH.

Take a plastic cup, put a slice of banana in the bottom, cover the cup with saran wrap, secure the wrap with a rubber band around the lip of the cup, poke a little hole into the saran wrap. The flies get in but not out.
