AHHHHHH!!!!!!! HELP ME!! my hamster has a HUGE lump on his side and he is losing fur around his eye and lump?

i just noticed my hamster has a huge lump on his side, and he is loosing fur around his eye and the lump. is the lump cancer or what i LOVE mango and i will be so upset if he dies i cant take him into a vet because they don't know a thing about rodents!!!!! HHHEEEEEEEELPP me!!!!!

well ring up a nother vet and cheak if they know anything. hope it helps, soz about your hamster. :'(

Ring around the vets in your area and see if there's a small animal vet. If you're unable to find one, take him to your regular vet, as they may be able to refer you to a specialist. If he seems lethargic or has gone off his food, take him straight to your regular vet.

I think the lump may go away on its on as in my hamster. But if anything, be prepard to put it down. Or you can take it to a exotics vet or a hamster specilist. But its very expensive ( 50 $)
