AHHHHHH!!! i just took the....oh my gosh! this is creepy!?

i took some of the COOLEST pictures EVER! I went to review them on my digital camera and it says "no image". WHY! I tried taking the batteries out, memory card. i tried everything.

ok...now i am freaking out! wow. i plugged my camera just now imto my comp a whole bunch of weird lettering came up. it is like () and then 1/2 and a big black block. and then vvvpwwww and ?@?@? and this weird horseshoe thing and |||

haha it is creepy!

HOW DO I MAKE MY CAMERA WORK!!

First, try to reset the camera back to default setting.

Second, reformat the memory card or try a new memory card.

Third, check manufacturer's website for new firmware.

if it still fail, might be it is time for a new camera.

If you want to try and recover your cool photos, do NOT reformat your card.

First step is to determine if the problem is with the camera or with the media card. Try plugging the media card into a card reader that is connected to your computer. If you can see and download your photos, then the problem is with the camera. If your computer tells you that the media is unreadable, do not reformat it.

Download the demo of the program, Data Rescue, and run it to see if there are any recoverable photos on your media. If there is, and you don't mind spending $30 on the full program, you can probably recover those missing photos.

After recovering your photos, (or not) then reformat the card, but also expect that it might be toast. Go out and get another one (or two!).

If you were able to download your photos via the card reader, then try putting  a new media card in your camera, and see if the same problem still occurs.
