AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH?

I have horrible anger problems and normally to release all anger I go to the shooting range, play paintball or start beating the **** out of something with a baseball bat, but i am on "vacation" and have none of that.... i tried walking away but then i start pacing and thinking about it and that makes me even more pissed. how can I release such rage without having to use materials?

Stop and meet your needs.Halt.It means Hungry angry lonely and tired.You must be one or more of these to set you off.Stop and take control of yourself.Breath your on vacation for gods sake!Look at yourself when you feel yourself getting mad.Dont think this sounds stupid either.I have broken everything and everyone.Watch yourself get warm and then see and feel everything.Take you eyes and imagine the feeling going through you and try and breath.Watch your breath go in and out.You have to stop hurting yourself and care for yourself.

    just scream..run really fast...punch a wall or something that wont hurt you back...write all of it (feelings) down, rip it up and burn it.

  13. IT'S ALL ABOUT CONTROL!!!! A lot of places offer courses for ANGER MANAGEMENT courses. Check with your place of imployment/ and insurance company, there may be some place in your home town.

    My husband was just like you, possibly even worst!!! Do you get verbal? Call members of your family, friends, & aquaintances rude and ignorant names...judge, ridicule, and think your always right (most of the time)? Do you break things? Hit things? Does your heart skip a beat, and blood pressure soar thru your head and get within an inch of another persons face and feel like punching them out? God, I sound like an advertisement...lol !!!!

    Anyway, this can have an effect on your health if you continue to let it go. My husband couldn't take anymore (about 10yrs ago) and decided to seek help. Not only did he "Get A Grip" but he got the "knowledge" of how to use it. He learned that he could only control hisself and not others.. He gave up smoking, gave up drinking, started going to the doctors on a regular bases and even got his blood pressure and chorestrial under control, started taking vitamins... did a 90 degree turn around. I can tell you this, "It was a God Sent."

    If you are man enough to recognize this now, and admit you have a problem; then seek help., anger management is a good place to start.

    My husband just came in and told me to tell you "Just Do It".

    His attacks are maybe MAYBE 1 a year...instead of everyday or so.

    And...if you go on vacation and there's an ocean...beat the water :)

  15. Wow dude...... unless someone just beat up your best friend or slapped your girlfriend in the face or mugged your grannie there is no reason to be that out of control.  

    Hey everyone gets pissed off, but it sounds like you are really high strung.  You said it, "I have horrible anger problems".  

    If you know it is a problem then you know you are freaking out over little stuff that really isn't a big deal or stuff you can't control.  

    I'm not saying don't care, but I know a dude that is in constant rage and at first people were scared of him.... but now everyone looks at him like he's a fool.  And they laugh behind his back.

    God, give me the power to accept the things that I cannot change, the courage to change the things that I can change, and the wisdom to tell them a part.

    I'm not a hippy saying peace love & joy brother..... I'm saying don't blow a fuse on the small stuff & you'll learn in life ..... most of it is small stuff...... unless your grannie was just mugged.... then go kick some a$$!!!!
