AIFF Vice President Subrata Dutta delighted with Bayern Munich’s decision to play in India

All India Football Federation Vice President Subrata Dutta has expressed his delight on Bayern Munich’s decision to play in India in January next year. He stated that the decision is great for the region and it will surely promote
the game in the sub-continent even more. He further added that it will be a fantastic opportunity for the German companies to market their product to a larger segment in India.
The Bavarians will play a Friendly match at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in Delhi next year in January. It will be a fifth time when the club will travel to India in seven years time. Bavarian legend http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Oliver-c28477 Kahn made his final

best teams in Europe playing in their country.
“Bayern have spoken of their interest to play in India. They shall get their first team and the match will be played at the Nehru Stadium,” he was quoted as saying in an interview.

“It’s a known fact that India is a big market for everyone. All the clubs now want to include India in all their plans. There are several German companies who sponsor them and by bringing Bayern to India, it’s a unique opportunity
for them to establish their brand in this market as well,” he concluded.
Bayern Munich are currently leading the Bundesliga table with 19 points from the eight games played so far, having won six games and drawn one.
