AIM 5.9 is pissing me off?

Question

OK so i have aim 5.9 and windows vista and its been working for months now it wont even load when it doesnt load i go into task manger and cancel aim process and click the Icon agian and still wont pop up..it used to do this but when i canceleed the process on task manger and reloaded aim it work.. i restarted the computer tons of times and it still wont work
