AIM page problems....?

ok i have an Aim page for Aol and i set my profile as private and now i want it un private and it doesn't work when i click pulic profle the whole section is grey and is not working the infomation underneath it is working the DISPLAY PREFERENCES is fine but the profile settings is screwed up

  1. Contact an AOL customer service representative. If I remember correctly you also have an option where you can chat with them live. try that. they can guide you on how to fix it.
