AIM sn help?

so this has ahppened b4 but now its just rly p.o ing me. so i wanna make a new sn but every time i finsih fillling out the thing its like error..can any1 help me??

well when i first tried to make a sn it wouldnt let me because i said how old i was...you have to be like a  certain age. so just try saying you're older than however old you are, that might be the problem.
