AIPTEK camcorder help?

hey, ive had this camera for about a month, and i noticed this problem for quite some time. first of all, this is the camera:

when i record videos, and watch them, the voice is delayed from my mouth moving. it has happened on my cousins and friends camera (they have the same one) and i just wanna know if this has happened to anyone else, or do i need a certain setting or what?

It's a problem with pretty much all their cameras. It's pretty well documented. Unfortunately, the only way to fix it is the edit the video and sync up the sound with the video.
