AJ Auxerre star Delvin N'Dinga looking to force a move to Olympique Lyonnais – Ligue 1 News
Delvin N’Dinga is not willing to stay with http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Olympique-Lyonnais-c40130 in the upcoming season.
The 23-year-old Congolese is a product of Auxerre youth academy, which is famous for producing some of the best players in http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/France-c2899. N’Dinga appeared in 26 league games for Auxerre in the 2010/11 Ligue 1 campaign.
At the age of 19, he made his debut for the http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Congo-c2875 national team in the 2010 FIFA World Cup Qualifiers. The Pointe-Noire-born midfielder has speed, stamina and good sight. He is a tackler and capable of playing the odd through-ball which provides good scoring
opportunities to his teammates.
AJA failed to qualify for any European competition as their abysmal performances saw them finish a disappointing ninth in Ligue 1 standings.
N’Dinga’s desire to depart from Auxerre was an expected one. He was given very few chances to impress in the last season. In the midfielder’s opinion, a move away from the Burgundy club will help him mature and gain experience to further develop his career.
The 23-year-old has been adding constant pressure on the management to submit to an offer from the Rhone club.
In an interview to the local radio station, the Congolese player said, “I do not see my future at Auxerre. I have played in a more ambitious club Auxerre. Lyon is a big French club, which is all the time on top of the table. For me, it would be better to
play at a club like that. To strike, it would be pointless”
Recently, Olympique Lyonnais offered 5 million Euros for the Congolese international, but the bid was rejected. AJA hardly seem to be at a standoff with N’Dinga, but all depends on Lyon’s increased offer and how badly they need the former student of the
http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Diables-Noirs-c38940 academy.
Chances aren’t very bright for the young Auxerre midfielder as Lyon are currently under financial turmoil and may abort the chase for the highly-rated defensive midfielder.
