i just bought a alessi sapper moka pot at a yard sale (it's pretty big - 8 or 10 cups may be) and i can't get it to work. It has that unique closure where the handle clamps onto the bottom of the pot (as opposed to the conventional s***w closure). In any case, when I close the latch, it doesn't provide any tension - as a result, there's no tight seal and the coffee won't brew. Any ideas from anyone out there familiar with this pot would be appreciated. It's odd to me, because the item's in near perfect condition otherwise - looks like it was hardly used.
