ALF: STB Velocity 3D problem w/Win98

I have developed a new problem after installing Windows 98 on my computer. I have a Velocity 3D card with 4MB of RAM.Using the latest version of the STB TV PCI or the Microsoft Media Player, when I move the video window off the right hand side of the screen my computer completely locks up. Media Player only locks up if it is actually playing a video. I haven't tried any other programs that use any type of FMV. The TV PCI works fine full-screen.I've tried using both the S3 Virge drivers that came on the Win98 CD, as well as the STB Velocity 3D drivers that were in the same location, but both produce the same effects.Other than this, everything appears to be working fine. Do you have any suggestions? Thanks, Ken
