im a really good dancer and what i want to know is who do i talk to or what do i do if i need an extra push to further my career in dance

ive studied

modern

contempary

ballet

tap

and the one im most experienced in jazz

You talk to your dance coach/instructor they will tell you what you can do to advance yourself..One thing they will tell you is that you need to audition for community theater

but you should talk to yourself, you love dance, you just need to think and realize you're good and you are doing something you love

Look yourself in the mirror and focus on what you would want to see yourself doing ten years from now.

Then write on a piece of paper any other career options you've considered.  Try and visulize them.  What can you see the clearist?  This might help :)

If you love it go for it!  So what if you might fail, your trying to follow your dream!  That's important right?  Life is to short to end up working a job you hate so go for it!

maybe try getting sum 1 on 1 time with a dance teacher that you think is really good. maybe if you have a big passion for dance, get an agent. just keep practicing. i'm a dancer too.

invest in muscle conditioning training to make you even stronger, and take more ballet, because it makes your other forms of dancing look cleaner, sharper and stronger.  go to master classes at local studios or open classes at local universities, audition for a summer intensive dance program with a company, if they like you you could be offered further opportunities to dance with the company and you can work your way up!

hey im also a dancer dance is pratically my life! to give your self an extra push try joing many dance teams usually they lead to competions that could rly get you far and reconized and would look good on your application if you were trying out to go to a good dance school.
