ALLTEL PREPAID HELp!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?

i have an alltel prepaid phone. I was wondering if while on nights and weekends does it still count on roaming or is it still unlimited. also are picture and video messages unlimited while on night and weekend times ??? and internet if i use it while its nights and weekend does it still take airtime ?????? I have the scoop

Picture messaging is 25 cents per text and roaming is 59 cents per minute. I'm not sure, but I think the mobile web is either 2 dollars a day or like 6 dollars a month.
