I AM GETTING A CRACKLING NOISE AND LIGHT FLASHES....IS THIS OK? WE BROKE TO PLATE AND LOST THE FUSE SO WE GOT CERAMIC PLATES AND ANEW FUSE AND IT IS THE FIRST TIME IT HAS BEEN USED INA FEW YEARS. SEMS TO WORK GREAT OTHER THAN THIS
