ALRIGHT ive got a build a bear and ive lost my birth certificate.?

Does anybody know how I could get another birth certificate for my build a bear? I would like it to look like the one from the build a bear workshop. and I have to be able to print it out. please no rude comments or answers. thank you very much.

i would just go to one of the people who work there and say you lost your paper for your birth certificate and have them help you get a new one.
