One of the best ways is to use brewers yeast

buy plain castel soap at the pharmacy and add 20 drops of lavender essential oil (has to be 100% pure essential oil) for every 1/4 to 1/3 cup of soap.

you can use this as a shampoo and body wash.

you can also add tea tree oil.

for your yard use a diffuser in the area so have a bugs free  zone

if you are using a diffuser in the yard you can also use the essential oil

the water that is let if called flower water

put in a spray bottle and use it how you would use bug spray

being careful around eyes.

the coffee filters once dry can be placed in a drawer to make your clothes smell good

or put them under the car set to make the car smell good
