ALUMINUM COOKIE SHEETSAND CAKE PANS?

Question

Why can't I find aluminum cookie sheets or cake pans anymore? Tried Walmart, Kmart, etc. and even Kitchen Collection. The ones now are terrible when they get a scratch on them, they soon begin to discolor and may get rust.

That's because your buying cheap. Walmart is all made in China lol!! They are pricey but worth it!!!~! They won't rust or scratch!! Try

Try a restauraunt supply store. In California or Arizona, you can go to

Smart & Final. In Texas try Ace Mart. Those are the only states I've lived in so that's all I can tell you, but all states have supply stores. The bakeware is not cheap, but take care of it and you'll never buy another set. More of it maybe, but not because it needs replacing.

Aluminumis not being used much for cooking or baking because when it is scraped or touched by a stainless steal item it takes chunks of aluminum of and gives off a bad taste. Id try different types of baking items. If you still would like to use alluminum try ebay.
