  1. 30%body fat would make you very overweight. It s not healthy.

  2. You might have a bit of a belly from eating when you aren't hungry but you also have a lot of muscle from football workouts.

  3. not. Try to keep it.

Maybe you should eat more vegetables and fruits, and shouldn't eat beef or pork. Eat only chicken and turkey or fish with salads. Don't eat potatoes, bread, and cakes-cookies-etc.

  4. Not really.

  5. no

  6. Nope your not fat. Please stop worring.

  7. You could stand to lose some weight.

If you were 25 yrs old, your ideal weight would be 135-145 with 20-24% body fat. So at 14, you are considered a bit over weight.

  8. Your BMI is only 24.4 so you are still within the normal range. 25 and up is considered overweight.

    You need to stop worrying.

  9. No your not fat

  10. maybe you should lose a little wait and go on a diet for like a week or something

  11. 30% is somewhat high, healthy range is generally 8-19%, although that may be different for children

  12. i wud lyk a picture to really see but it sounds lyk ur ok ur not fat nd bacause u play football ur probably healthy

    no

  14. yes. im 5'11 and 143lbs.

    about 8%body fat.

but dude u can lose it. just cut back and you'll drop 10 EASY

  15. For a male, it's borderline so don't let the body fat percentage get any higher.

  16. well your body fat percentage will tell you if youre fat or not. but you are only 14 and will grow into your body. just continue to work hard, eat right and practice harder.

  17. hmm... probably not for your figure, since you play football and you're pretty tall. yeah, so don't worry about it. (:

  18. you aren't really fat. but the average weight for a 14 year old is 115 to 120 pounds. you could probably lose a few pounds and football will help out with that. call yourself big-boned, not fat. fat is such a negative word.

  19. 30 percent is too high.

  20. Your BMI (body mass index) is 24. Its desirable. Relax

  21. your weight and height are quite proportional and you're athletic since you play football, so that's real good :) When it comes to fat percentage, for grown men it should be less than 25%, but you're 14 so keep things the way they are, eat healthy with lots of veggies and fiber, and you'll be fine. Your hormones, like testosterone which is made up of fat, are not well balanced yet and it's better not to mess with things now.
