AM i GUNNA GET FAT?!?!?!?

okay so for breakfast i had 2 bowls of cereal, then for dinner i had 2 more bowls of cereal then i was gunna not eat anything the rest of the night. but its 10:30 and i just had a bannanna if i dont go to bed till 4ish will i be okay?

  2. one day isn't going to affect your diet that badly, and staying up late isn't going to help you lose weight.  just go to sleep whenever and eat normally tomorrow.

  3. I doubt you will get fat, but eating cereal alone really isnt the optimum way to eat. So to answer your question, no, you wont get fat. However, you really need to get a handle on proper nutrition and start eating in a way that you can maintain for the rest of your life..unless you plan on eating only cereal for the rest of your life. And cereal is generic, if you are eating capt crunch..thats a whole nuther ball game.

That is not a healthy diet.  Where is the fruits, vegetables and protein?  When you eat unhealthy like that your body will hold on to those calories and turn them into fat stores because it thinks its all there is so it does that to hold on to what its getting.   You may be making things worse for yourself.  Try eating a healthy balanced diet and put in some exercise and you will not have to worry anymore.

  12. Wow! Okay cereal is NOT gonna make you fat! It's really good for you because ALL cereals have whole grains and most are low in fat. So dont worry about it. If anything it's giving you your daily nutrition needs! But if you're that paranoid...drink some water to flush any of the unwanted fat or such out of your body. ( ;
