But I am very very worried with this latest attack

Was this a terrorist attack?

If it was, could this indicate the rise of terrorism, again?

No not in this case, Turkey has seen a marked move towards Islamic Fundamentalism since President Gul was elected last year.

If this trend continues there will be a real and tangible shift in peace in the region.
