  1. I like the U.S.  Sure there are some stupid people who believe in racism and practice poor morals, but I guess you will get that anywhere.  America isn't perfect by any means.  More and more people are becoming in debt and in poverty.  But as long as you make smart choices and try really hard, you should almost always succeed.  I suppose the only countries I would move to would be the UK, Canada, or some other english countries.  Trying to live in a non-english speaking country would be hard.  I'm not that old yet though.  Maybe someday when I'm out of college and have more money I would think about it.

Now I have a question for you.  Would you move to the United States?  Why or why not?

  2. actually no, i love this country even though i hate how some people are so racist especially towards mexicans and hispanics. hopefully that changes soon.

  3. No.

I have lived in another country.  The USA is home and feels like it.  I love to travel internationally even for long periods of time, but I do like coming back to the USA.  I could see living somewhere more developed that I have never been to for a couple of years like Australia, but again, I would need to come home after a while.

  4. Yes, I would like to learn even more about the world.

  5. h**l no...even with the problems with the US has now i still wouldn't want to move out of my home country.  I love my country.  I love my freedoms.

  6. No.  I have been to many other countries some good, some bad.  None of which compare to the USA.  The only people who think we have it bad here are those that have not experienced a third world or dictatorial country first hand!

  7. It is amazing how some Americans take what we have for granted.  How can you say you would leave this country?  Yes we have our problems, but travel overseas and experience first hand other countries problems. This is a great country and we are so much better off than the majority of other countries.  If you do not take pride in your country, then you should not be here.

  8. Only if it came to a point where I could not make a decent living.

  9. Americans are way too independent to move to any country that has a socialistic dictatorship. It seems that all the countries which may have jobs for Americans, would be hot spots in the world.

  10. Yes, I have already.  I left after Bush was reinstalled in 2004.  There is no way around it, America has lost the respect of the world.  People around the world do not hate America but they hate the blind abandonment to reason that has occured.  What would you do if you were a German who watched your country go insane under Nazism?  Do I really think Bush is equal to Hitler?  No, I don't but I also know that he is not faithful to American democratic principles nor are his advisors.  When he leaves, I don't think everything will go back to normal.  It is not Bush who led this insanity, it was the other way around.  I used to like McCain until I found out who his advisors are... the same people as Bush.  I used to think that our system had a way to prevent such corruption but at last I have witnessed how kingdoms and empires have fallen though out history.

Living abroad has given me the opportunity to be more objective about nationalism and blindness.  It is a big world out there.  It is a shame that some people can't understand that.  Bye the way, I also am not a humanist. I understand Hobsian determinism and skepticism.  I just know that the great American experiment was something beyond Bush's Machievelianism.

  11. And if we are Americans who don't live in the USA ?

  12. Why do these folks believe they live in a free country? Bush is tapping computers,e-mails,phone calls, bank records, illegals are getting away with drunk driving, document fraud, I believe I would move to Hawaii at least that is to long of a swim

  13. Absolutely not.  I used to be in love with the European lifestyle until I went on a month long vacation in Italy and Spain; God.  I miss the US competency and hustle-and-bustle.  The socialism and altruism is suffocating.

  14. Can I just take a long vacation and come back in 5 or 10 years? I like being an American, but would love to see more of the world before I get too old to enjoy it.

  15. I would consider moving to Ireland just because I loved it when I lived there and wouldn't mind going back.

  16. Is there a better Country? Not that I've ever heard of. If the "whiners", the ones complaining about "how bad it is here, and getting worse", leave, it will be even better for US, who appreciate it!!

I'd love it if they would leave, lose their citizenship, and be stuck in some c**p-heap Country without the freedoms WE have, that THEY take for granted.

The old saying,"If you are not part of the solution, you are part of the problem", comes to mind. By all means, don't let the door hit you in the @$$!!

BTW- Hawaii IS part of the US.(for the clueless one who thinks the U.S. is so "bad", but Hawaii looks good)

  17. No I would not, I hate how some Mexicans and Hispanics can be so racist though.

  18. Lived in mexico for a year and i loved it there. Although i did live in a nicer area of mexico so that was a bonus and the people in mexico seem alot nicer than the mexicans in america. Also its nice not to fit into thier hierarchy only choice i really had to make after work was did i wanna go to the clubs in a limo or a taxi.

  19. no! i'm satisfied here and i always had the thoughts of once i leave i'll never get back

  20. yes the country is steadily going down hill

  21. I don't want my kids to grow up in this kind of an environment, so yes, I would move out.  I love America, but the America I love is turning into an America that is very hard to love.  It's only going to get worse.  If I have to sacrifice some things and privileges so that I can live with my people in my own culture, then so be it.

  22. I would try another country as long as I don't have to give up my U.S. Citizenship. It does look very bad right now, it will only get worse, why not  move to another country and start again. You can always come back. (It would be Challenging).

  23. h**l if i had the money i would move now.

things are going to h**l here, no one knows how to follow the law anymore.

being an illegal immigrant is exactly what it is:  Illegal.  there's no sense in it.

if the legal citizens of this country was to do something to break the law, we would be in jail in a heartbeat.

  24. canada sure looks nice
