To the Owners of AMTC:
So, how’s it going with the less qualified, under paid, and over worked coaches you’ve hired over the past year? Some of your coaches just finished competing last season at convention, and did not fair well with the judges for call back. Yet, you have THEM coaching the next batch of contestants. Hm.
Are you still getting over on over paying the Arban clan and other related family members while paying everyone else pennies? So you’re now starting some off as low as $10 an hour, eh? And coaches at $15 an hour? Shameful.
Be sure to really enjoy your presidential sweet and room service as you pack your coaches in economy sized rooms like sardines and eat only what is laid out before them, or have to buy their own. Sleep well knowing that you are paying them nothing to work up to and beyond twelve hour days literally on their feet … I guess they really won’t much be needing that room anyway, eh!? Except for a quick shower and to pass out from exhaustion. All this while, somehow, feeling like it’s some kind of honor to work long hours with no pay fAMTC conventions. I gotta hand it to you Carey and Adam, you are quite the mind manipulators, but no one can out smart or out run God. It will catch up with you and your whole clan. A lot sooner than you think …
There was a time that I was praying for your company to be restored and do things right. You’ve had your warnings from several, and absolutely refuse to take heed. Your pride, Carey, is just about second only to Satan, himself. But there is good news! God has a ram in the bush to take your place. You promote yourself as knowledgeable in the Word, so I’m sure you can figure that one out. Lexi, hang in there, your Mom will fill you in.
Your commanding your employees to mislead the contestants and fellow workers are over. The fact that the ball rooms are FREE thanks to them booking the rooms that you have reserved for them will be let out the bag. The fact that AMTC is only charged $25 for the banquet meal while you charge the contestants $75 will be exposed. Your days of paying your VIP’s in different amounts from FREE – $500 per day are over. My guess is, the one’s receiving no compensation have no idea their neighbor at the judging table is making bank while working at your convention. If they didn’t know, they will soon.
In short, AMTC .. or Bridge….or Shine…or whatever it is you’re calling yourselves these days, Your services are no longer required. Honest, hard working, decent folk have other avenues to fulfill God’s calling on their life while not lining your pockets to do so.
Firing those who have awoken from their disillusioned view of AMTC will not help you. Hiring coaches that are still wet behind the ears and are ignorant to your ways will not help you. Sicking your lap dogs in the GA office to do your dirty work will not help you. You can’t hide from God. He knows what’s being said and the intent of your hearts at every phone conference, on line conference, and live conference you’ve ever had. How do you suppose He feels about the things you say? And how you handle your “problems”?
Before you spew scripture, allow me, please. No, I am not judging you to condemnation, but God does call Christians to judge the actions of other Christians. Not their soul. Their actions. Yours stinks.
Yes, I am quite aware that Christians have faults just like everyone else. However, the difference should be in the fact that the Christian should not dwell in them. Instead, learn from them, repent, and move on. As individuals, I still pray that for each of you. But as a company, it’s over.
AMTC is not the only of it’s kind as you try so very hard to lead others to believe. There is one major difference…the majority of the others are honest business folk and not pushing the name of my Lord to make a buck. Been to “Report Your Complaint” lately? It appears some people are waking up and making quite a stink about your rip off company. Wonderful product, with greedy, horrible, non-Christian owners. I have no idea why you don’t just drop the scam of trying to portray yourselves as Christians when you can just stop the bologna and go ahead and outwardly be as deceitful, greedy, and nasty as you want.
FYI, if you think you can continue to outrun being exposed for the over priced scam artist that you all are by changing your business name ever so often and paying the BBB with a new name for your false A+ rating, think again. Also, your new logo already has scam complaints attached to it online…and in person in many circles. Oddly enough, in church circles.Hm…
Many are onto you, and it’s already too late to cover up. What on earth am I talking about. Patience. You’ll find out soon enough. God will not be mocked.
For the readers: please know that the majority of the workers had no idea of the underhanded tactics of the owners. They are simply following the rules as obedient employees, but are not given the ins and outs of how the company makes its’ money. They, along with the contestants, are being duped. Most of them are very nice people.
So, Carey, go ahead and enjoy your last season of being an out and out b_ _ _ _ to your employees talking behind their backs, and yet smiling in their faces (this is in regard to your attitude toward the contestants as well). Your time has come. I, along with many others, are well pleased. Not so much for the demise of the company, though that is a huge plus, but for the safety of the unexpected potential contestants.
Will I continue to pray for you? Sure. But now while I’m praying I’ll also have the peace of knowing other families are not being scammed by your company.
