ANGER MANAGEMENT METHODs?

i have a serious temper and i am in high school if some one hits me i hit them with a chair if some one make fun off me i punch them in the nose i mite get expelled.what are some methods of controlling your temper?

  1. first you have to find out if you really have an anger problem.  If you get angry and can calm your self down by beathing or leaving the room or counting to ten or somethings of that sort.  then NO you do not have an anger problem..

    You have a I am WAY MOREimportant  then you problem and I am going to pissed off LOUDLY if I do not get my way..  

    When you figure out which one then you can deal with it..

Well, you could try counting to 10, in theory by the time you've reached 5 your temper will have ceased somewhat, though i know for a fact it is hard to simply step back and do this..Sometimes you have to stop and weigh up situations, i mean how c**p  do you generally feel after you have screamed at someone or punched them in the face? Also you don't really want to  face getting expelled from school do you, cos' that ain't gonna get you anywhere is it...Being made fun of is horrible and humiliating, but if you ignore what's being said eventually it will stop, because all these 'idiots' are wanting off you is a 'reaction' don't give them what they want, don't give them the satisfaction...
