*ANIMAL ABUSE* problem!?

There's a 10th grader in this school who is a total snob, monster, and spoiled brat. She's also extremely shallow, and has several lackeys following her around. Vicious dogs at that.

She brought her hamster to school and stuck it in her backpack pocket, which also has pens and pencils in it. She also left the poor animal in her locker w/out food or water. The girl treats it like a toy, and passes it around her friends.

We tried telling the V-Principle, but he didn't care much. He only took the animal away and gave it to the 1st grade for a little bit, then RETURNED it at the end of the day.

Not only that, but apparently it didn't teach her a lesson.

The girl brought it to the school festival today [the heat excruciating] and another child had found the animal on the FLOOR where it could be stepped on. I tried confronting the 10th grader when her lackeys returned the hamster to her, but she claimed that she did nothing wrong.

WHAT SHOULD WE DO ABOUT THIS? PLEASE.

This is no joke. We ALL do need to stop Animal Abuse. It is horrible and Heart Tearing watching all the animals being cramped and killed on TV Commercials. No matter if she's a friend of yours , you should teach her better or call Animal Controll. Animal Controll helps animals , but I assumes you already know that. Please , if you don't want to get her in deep trouble , try to talk her into stopping Animal Cruelity. You never know , she may not know what she is doing. Some people do things without even knowing the meaning of it. I have a question...Does the Hamster have cuts , sprains , brouses , or is it hurt really badly? I'm good with animals , and I know what they are saying by their actions and abbilities. By the way , if my guest character shows up as a boy , I'm really a girl. I have a account , but I forgot my password. Please answer my question. Also , tell me the hamster's behavior , that may help me know what is going on with it's feelings.
