It's great just add one more thing think about if other boys/girls think your hot she/he might just like you because your hot.

The major flaw i saw at a quick glance was the "look for signs" part.

Girls need to know guy DO NOT pick up on signs for weeks even years later.  Even now in my 30's I finally saw her "sign" and it was 18 years PLUS ago..

Girls SHOULD NEVER plan and execute a "sign" her willingness to go a bit further should be obvious. Like grabbing him by the shirt colar and kissing him.. That outa do it.. LOL
