I know NOTHING about turtles. Where do you get them from? I live in Tasmania, Australia. I wanna buy a small turtle that likes land AND water.... What do I need? What type of turtle? And WHERE FROM?!

  1. The keeping of reptiles is not encouraged. However, it is possible to keep a small variety of reptile species provided you follow the strict rules involved.

    Check out this site for more information, but as far as I can tell any sort of turtle is illegal to keep as they are not listed.
