omg i recently got this nail strengthener at walgreens from sally hansen, i think. its pretty much a clear coat of nail polish. not only does it strengthen it, but it grows my nails longer. im not sure if it works for everyone like that or if they still sell it. its not expensive. look for it! try it!

Drink lots of water and try to keep your nails strong. nails stay stronger when their polished

you could take pre-natal vitamins. they would make your hair grow too.

or taking a calcium supplement.

i heard nails grow faster in the summer when its sunny outside - something to do with your body absorbing more vitamin d.

Everyones nails are different. My lil sister just cut hers two days ago and now they're just as long as before. I cut mine two weeks ago and there still not what one would call long. And no, neither of us bite our nails.
