throughout these past few months i've been feeling really tired and easily exhausted. i'd wake up and feel all dizzy and sick .. and the feeling would randomly come and go during the day

i try to get about 10 hours sleep each night. most of the times i do .. but i still feel sick and horrible the next day. sometimes i can't fall asleep and the next day would be h*ll

i've also noticed that i've been eating a lot less. according to my friends i'm getting really pale and skinny. i'm losing my appetite and my meals are getting smaller ... ive been skipping breakfast almost everyday

i'm not going through depression or anything .. which is what a lot of people assume because of the 'losing weight' thing

i've also been getting these random stomach aches which i guessed was normal until it reached a point where it could actually make me cry

is this all normal or am i freaking out over nothing?

  1. seems to me like you could be a mix of things... possibly malnourished and definitely dehydrated. do you drink a lot of water? maybe you could start taking some multi-vitamins and make sure youre getting enough protein and iron in your diet.  be well  :)
