ANXIETY HELP!!!! please!!

I need some sort of suppliment or SOMETHING herbal to help me cope with EVRYDAY life in general.... I feel I am too stressed tooo often! Does anyone know of ANYTHING that can help me! I can't take this anxiety stress anymore, i need to feel relaxed and happy!!!!!!! PLEASE HELP!!!

(Im not interested in any medicated drugs for this only herbal)

    I have been a sufferer for 12-years and am doing well. My blog is dedicated to help. I will be updating my blog every 5-7 days on new ways to cope anxiety. I have just made few good entries on coping - I hope it will help you.

    I started out taking prozac 20mg daily.. then it dropped to 10mg and now I am just taking 5mg and still doing very well. I might be considering taking medication off my life.

    And most importantly, I am here to help you because I know how it feels to have anxiety or panic attacks.

  2. i take st. johns wart for anxiety everyday! it really calms you down lol. also you could take cava cava as well. look for this in your local health store.

  3. I recommend a couple cups of kava kava tea.  It is amazing stuff, and you can find it at any health food store.  If you are really struggling, I suggest getting it in liquid form from a place like whole foods.  

    Another suggestions is Valerian Root.  Exceptional calming qualities.  You can even find it in pill form.  

    A combination of the two would be effective as well, but don't overdo it!  Herbal calmers can be very intense for some people.  

    Finally, you need to add elements of exercise to your life.  Walking, jogging, yoga, something.  Exercise helps to relax the brain over time and gets an amazing amount of stress out of your body.  Even herbal medicine can't do the whole job.
