  1. WOW, U MUST THINK IM REAL STUPIT. U NO A MIDDLE SCHOOL CHEERLEADER GIVING A VARSITY CHEERLEADER ADVICE. WELL I CAN DO EVERY THING BUT A KICK FULL TWIST( 2 SCARED) BUT N E WAYZ. WHEN YOU CLASP AND SWING UR ARMS, IR HELP LIKE A KAZILLION TIME. AND TRY 2 RIDE AND AND U FEEL UR PONEYTAIL START TO FLY UP THEN SNAP. THATZ WHAT WE HAD TO DO WHEN I FIRST STARTED. BUT 2 REALLY IMPROVE THEM HAVE U STRONG BASES ON EACH SIDE OF YOU, DO UR TOE TOUCH AND HAVE THEM GRAB BOTH LEGS IN THE AIR AND THAT WILL IMPROVE UR SIGHT AND FLEXABILTY. NO LIE IT WORKS. US LITTLE CHEERLEADERS HAVE TOUGH WAYS TO LEARN BUT IT WORKS.

    HOPE MY ADVICE HELPED.

  2. work on your splits every day! also try doing leg lifts (stand with your arms in a T...raise your right foot up behind your right hand keeping it straight and your toes pointed. then lower it to the ground but do not let it touch the ground. repeat this up to 50 times per side) also work on ab exercises because having strong abs will help you keep your legs up higher. Arm strength is also important to get the momentium for the jump. once you finish all these conditioning related things, try practicing on a spring floor..a trampoline will give you almost too much bounce and you won't be able to practice pushing off or landing like you would in a normal situation..a spring floor give you a little added lift but not too much. keep your chest up, dont lean forward!! i also suggust practicing in front of a mirror..if you dont have access to that try looking at your reflection in a window..anywhere that you can see yourself and your jumps so you know what to do to improve..good luck =]

  3. for one a trampoliene can help by streching ur legs, you could also have people strecth you but to me trying it on something with a spring can help by getting you into the air so you can first work on gettin ur body in sync. + if u fly basket tosses might help
