This is a traditional 6x6 league with 12 teams. Im leading in all hitting categories but am lacking in pitching. Its a rotisserie league. Ive been in 1st all year by a wide margin but Ive been declining in the last few weeks and need a jump start. Any ideas on my team and what I should do?

I would try trading Dempster for a OF, 3B, or SS.  He is going to wear down, since he was a closer for the last couple of years.  There is no way Ludwick and McClouth can keep the pace they have.  Try trading them or upgrading  with Dempster.
