ANY ONE LIVE IN CALIFORNIA?

Trouble with termites in my apartment. My landlord says there is nothing she can do because they come every year (no she did not tell us this when we moved in) I can't go in my bathroom because it is covered with termites. Is there a law somewhere for CA that requires her to do something about it? Basically the apartment cannot be lived in they are in our bed as well!!!

eww in ur beds in a bug freakk id burn every beloinging i had if i were you. I saw  the tiniest bug in my bed other night now i sleep up staires permantly
