ANY Sub-woofers that can go down to 16 (or less) Hz?

If not, how do you modify one to go that low of frequency without sacrificing too much sound intinsity? Preferably the cheapest or under $100 (maybe a bit more)

anything under 25hz is not even audible to the human ear its just vibrations what kinda system are u building?

What is the purpose of going this low in the Hertz range? First off, 16Hz or less is not even audible. Second, as you go lower in the hertz range, you need a lot more power to play those frequencies. If you need to upgrade your alternator and get an amplifier with a high power output, $100 won't do it.
