h**l yes. in norten ireland the best place is THE STRAND its in a town called port stuwart and in the republic i think there is some beach on the west coast on don a gall some where.

there is masive sand dunes at the strand (i whent runing up and down them and if u do i would recomend some light traners.

the strand is so cool for: surfing

                                          windsurfing

                                          bodybording

                                          kitesurfing

                                          jet sking

                                          swimming  (only recomend for good swimers)                  

                                           skimboarding is okish at high tide.
