when im 18 im planning on moving to spain (alicante) i went there on holiday recently with my friend and stayed with her family and go really attached to them! if i moved there i would like to be near them because i consider them good friends! if i did move it would probably be by myself, so how can i set myself up by myself, making friends, getting a job ect... if i moved while my friends family were still there then they could help me set up and stuff but if not what do i do? im planning on learning most of the language before i move..

  1. You'd probably need to earn a degree and find a job before moving there.  You would want to know the language quite well also.  I want to live abroad also but I'm going to wait until i am financially stable and have a job that will support myself.

  2. I haven't moved abroad but my friends did. And my family did (I'm alone in the city I live in) It's scary at first but you get use to it. My friend moved to America from South Africa when she was 16 as an exchange student. First, learn Spanish and save enough money to take care of yourself for the first months. You'll meet people at work. If you can, take a class/join a course. (a dance class, cooking course...etc) That way you can also meet new people. Just like it is anywhere else, your new friends will introduce you to their friends and you'll have a new circle of friends. :-)

Just be careful and everything will be great. Good luck!

  3. they wont help you out no one likes a leech and just get a male order bride catalog from spain and take a pic maybe you can live with them
