  1. Trooper...did you mean "If the inconsistencies CAN NOT be explained, it will probably result in dismissal"?


  2. Yeah i have heard that once a man got convicted, but the poliuce did'nt fill out the report properly at the time, and then forgot the exact details, so because of that there was not enough evidence to convict the man

  3. Only one involving a traffic case where the officer neglected to note the weather conditions and obstructions between himself and the vehicle involved in the accident.The charge was dropped because of these factors.

  4. Inconsistencies themselves will not dismiss a case. If the inconsistencies can be explained, it will probably not result in dismissal.
