ANYONE know what this author's name is? It's something like "Joe piccalo" or something like that..PLEASE HELP!

Someone ecommended an author to me, but I didn't quite catch what she said. It sounded like "joe piccalo" , but I've looked that up and that's obviously not it. It could've been "joy" and the last name could be spelled differently.

The author write's something in the women's fiction genre, maybe other kinds of novels as well. Any ideas? THANK YOU
