  1. Madeleines and Omlettes. foie gras (duck/goose liver),  Confit de Canard (Duck Confit),  Mousse de Foie d'Oie (Goose Liver Mousse),

Cassoulet (sort of a stew of beans and meats), Bouillabaisse (fish soup)

  2. French toast is actually French. It's from Alsace but got coined the term on the other side of the Atlantic. In Alsace they served it with sugar but the maple thing got started over there...

The French are the champions of fermentation. Wine, cheese, bread...they're the masters. If I had to name a native food, it would have to be something that microrganisms helped make.

Otherwise, I'd say frogs legs and snails.

  3. French Fries, french toast, french horn, duhhh not that hard u imbecile

  4. Snails and frogs

but there are so much more: cheeses, macarons, hachis parmentier, gratin dauphinois, foie gras, etc

  5. There are many native foods in France, because we love eating and drinking in France.

So I think wine and cheeses are everywhere in France very important. There are 365 different cheese, so we can eat each day of the year another cheese....

According to me, some cheeses are too strong and stink too much...but it's only my opinion.

For wine, I prefer "Bordeaux". Here also, it's only my taste.

  6. I would say cheese and bread.

  7. quiche

    crepes

    pain perdu (aka French Toast)

  8. none of these are from france...French Fries, french toast, french horn

  9. i think snail is one
