ANyone know about hardwiring cox digital telephone?

someone ripped my phone line out at the outside grey box,does anyone know how or where i reconnect the 2 blue wires that are coming from the cat5 wires?

dont even try, you will electrocute yourself, call the phone company, surely they wont charge you for a service call like that. Thats a dangerous thing.
