AOL/ Carphone Warehouse

Question

Obviously AOL does not like the bad publicity that I am giving it. My questions about their appalling service keep getting deleted. I wonder why? I am going to keep giving them bad publicity until they return my money. I have probably cost them a lot more than they owe me in lost custom. They have owed money to me since April and have been promising a refund for the last three months. Every time I phone they say I will receive a cheque at the end of the month. They have no idea what Customer Satisfaction means. Has anybody else had problems with them?

a long time ago, I had two accounts and did not know.  after that I canceled and did not go back.
