  1. As the urine passes through the ascending loop of Henle large amounts of Na are pumped out into the interstitial fluid so that when the urine reaches the distal tubule it is very dilute.

    Answer = C).


  2. im not 100% sure, but i would think A because NACL, salt needs to be balanced with water balance for equilibrium, so im guessing A
